Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your trip for a full deposit refund. Cancel under 14 days and forfeit your deposit. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may also be charged half the remaining balance. For bad weather, rescheduling is attempted; if no suitable date is available, your deposit is refunded. Boat malfunction cancellations receive a full deposit refund.
