Cancellation Policy
Cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund; 24 hours' notice earns a 50% refund. No-shows incur the full price. No refund for ending early. The guide may reschedule or cancel for unsafe weather, including lightning, high winds or rough waters; a full refund applies if not rescheduled. Other operator cancellations receive a full refund or credit.
