If the captain determines weather conditions are unsuitable, every effort will be made to reschedule your charter. If rescheduling is not possible, all payments are fully refundable. Refunds for cancellations within 1 week of the trip are at the captain’s discretion. If you do not arrive for your scheduled charter, all payments are forfeited.
