Cancellation Policy
Cancel over 30 days ahead: full refund; 14–30 days: up to 50%; under 14 days: none. Operator weather cancellation: reschedule within one year if you don't stay aboard; no day-charter weather refund. Key West in hurricane cone, landfall within 72 hours of check-in: 75% of cost minus dock-time value refunded if not rescheduled. Rain, clouds or wind alone: no refund, credit or rescheduling.
