Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure for a full deposit refund. Less than 7 days before departure, your deposit is nonrefundable but applies to an available charter date within one year of your original booking date. No-shows forfeit the deposit. If the captain cancels for unsafe or poor conditions, you may reschedule to an available date or receive a full charter refund.

Yes. Complete your own waiver on the day of the charter. A natural guardian must complete a waiver for each passenger under 18.
Bring plenty of food and drinks, towels, sunscreen, two shirts—one to keep dry for the ride home—and cash for a dockside lunch. Keep personal items secure, as they may get wet.
