Cancel more than 72 hours before your tour for a full refund, or more than 48 to 72 hours before for a 50% refund. Within 48 hours, cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels for unsafe weather, closures or other conditions beyond their control, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no extra cost. No refunds for weather deemed safe.
