Things to know
Minimum 3 people. Helicopter seats up to 3 with 300 lb per seat and 550 lb combined max. Arrive 15 minutes early and wear closed-toe shoes; expect cooler temperatures around 4,500 ft.
Cancellation policy
Standard tours: changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before tour time to receive a refund. No-shows or cancellations after 48 hours are charged in full, including third-party bookings. Custom tours require a 50% non-refundable deposit at booking; remaining balance is non-refundable and due 2 weeks prior. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances.
