Itinerary

1:00 pm | Departure | Depart with your private group from your Flagstaff or Williams accommodations .

3:00 pm | Grand Canyon Village & Historic District | Arrive at the Park gates and head straight to the Grand Canyon Village. Take in your first breathtaking views of the rim, explore the historic El Tovar Hotel, or visit the legendary Kolb Studio. Enjoy this hour to wander the village at your own pace or with your guide. Guides will always be available to ask questions and tell fun local stories!

4:00 pm | Mather Point Vista | Head to the Mather Point area to grab a coffee and prepare for a short walk to the rim. Here, you’ll experience the Canyon’s most expansive panoramic views at its widest point.

4:45 pm | The East Rim Drive | We’ll navigate the scenic East Rim Drive, winding along the edge of the South Rim. This is a prime corridor for wildlife; keep your eyes peeled for elk, mule deer, and California Condors soaring off the cliffs.

5:30 pm | Sunset, Charcuterie & Secret Spots Witness the sunset from our favorite East Rim escarpments. These secluded promontories offer rare river views and a perfect “front-row seat” as the light transforms the Canyon. Your guide will lead you to beautiful spots for epic photos all while serving a signature charcuterie platter and refreshments to keep you satisfied until dinner. 6:30 pm – 8:00 pm | Return & Stargazing. (Seasonal timing to be expected) | As we drive back to Flagstaff or Williams, the tour will pull off the main road and set up a viewing scope to take in the unparalleled view of the night sky in our world famous “Dark sky” Northern Arizona. The Milky Way is an unforgettable experience to behold! We will point out planets that seem close enough to touch! Constellations and more constellations, not to mention the Native peoples stories of how the lights came to be in the sky. It’s a great finish to a Grand day that you and group is sure to enjoy.
