For day tours excluding custom tours, cancellations at least 48 hours before departure receive a full refund; within 48 hours, bookings are non-refundable. For custom tours, cancellations at least 30 days before departure receive a refund minus a 5% fee; within 30 days, bookings are non-refundable.
