- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Check-in closes at the start of the tour, and late arrivals cannot join.
Cancellation Policy
No refund for cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour, no-shows, or late arrivals. For groups of 10 or more, cancel at least 7 days before the tour for a full refund. If the operator cancels due to weather, you'll be offered rescheduling, a different tour, or a full refund. The operator determines weather cancellations.
