Know before you go
- Arrive 10–15 minutes early for parking and check-in
- Expect paid parking to be required between 9am and 6pm
- Wear your swimsuit under your clothes and bring a towel, water, and sunscreen
- Wetsuits are tight-fitting; size up if you are unsure, as only the requested size is brought
- Sessions operate in rain; unsafe conditions may result in a refund or reschedule
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or rebook at least 48 hours before your session for a full refund. No refunds within 48 hours. Rebook 24–48 hours before your session for a 25% fee. No rebooking within 24 hours.
