- The tour involves walking and standing, with a full loop of a little over 500 feet
- Pets are not allowed on the property, including the parking lot. Service animals may be accommodated with advance notice
- Move calmly without running, jumping, or sudden movements. Keep noise low, and do not call to or antagonize the wolves, including by whistling, clicking, or snapping your fingers
- Take still photos only; video and audio recording are not allowed
- Keep food out of the observation and presentation areas. Drinks are permitted
- If the main gate is closed, park at the side of the road and wait for it to open. Do not open the gate yourself or use the private entrance
- Arrive about 10 minutes before your tour starts to allow time for parking and check-in

Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 1 day before the tour for a refund. Allow up to 72 hours for refund processing. If Wolf Hollow cancels, including for adverse weather such as high heat, heavy rain or snow, or severe cold, a refund notice will be emailed within 48 hours of cancellation.
