Cancellations within 14 days receive an 80% deposit refund; 7 days or less receive 50%. Within 48 hours, the deposit is non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather, your trip will be rescheduled or you'll receive a voucher for the same charter or equal value.
