- If excessive drinking makes you unsafe or unruly, you'll be returned to the starting point and asked to leave without a refund

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your trip for a full deposit refund. Cancellations under 14 days forfeit the deposit. Within 24 hours or for no-shows, you may also be charged half the remaining balance. Bad-weather trips are rescheduled if possible; otherwise, your deposit is fully refunded. Boat malfunction cancellations receive a full deposit refund.
