Important details
- Arrive and check in 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time
- Ages 7+ only
- Weight limit: 250 lbs
- Requires mounting and dismounting the horse independently
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes; no sandals, Crocs, flip-flops, or high heels
- Complete a liability waiver; minors need a waiver completed by a parent or legal court-appointed guardian
- Court-appointed guardians must bring court documentation showing the guardian, minor, and case details
- Pregnant riders are not permitted; horseback riding is advised against for riders with back, hip, or neck injuries
- Follow wrangler instructions and remain with the group; trail rides are conducted at a walking pace
- No smoking or alcohol before or during the ride
- Wrangler gratuity is not included in the listed price
- Shuttle service may carry an additional charge based on pickup location and is not included in the listed price
- A 20-ounce souvenir tumbler is optional for $25 and is not included in the listed price
Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled ride. Cancel 24–48 hours before for a 50% refund. Same-day cancellations are nonrefundable.
FAQs
Check in 15 minutes before your ride. Late arrival may mean you cannot ride, with no refund. A comparable later ride may be available, but it is not guaranteed and may involve an additional rebooking fee and rate difference.
Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. Do not wear flip-flops, sandals, Crocs, high heels, or boots with heels over 1 inch. Wear jackets rather than tying them around your waist, and leave bags, purses, backpacks, and similar items behind while riding.
A parent or legal court-appointed guardian must complete the waiver for riders ages 7–17. Court-appointed guardians must provide documentation showing the court name, case number, and names of the guardian and minor.
