- Follow all riding instructions
- Women weighing 185 lbs or more and men weighing 199 lbs or more require advance clearance
- Riders more than 10 lbs above their reported weight may be excluded from the riding portion
- Wear long pants and cowboy boots
- Leave phones, water bottles, and loose or valuable items in your car during the ride
- Secure glasses, hats, scarves, watches, and other worn items before riding
Cancellation Policy
No-shows are charged the full price. Cancellations 14+ days ahead incur a 10% fee; 10–13 days, 25%; 5–9 days, 50%. For cancellations less than 5 days ahead, a 25% reimbursement may be requested. Rescheduling incurs a 25% rebooking fee.
