Max 275 lb per guest; group total weight limits vary by time of day and balloon. You must be able to stand for three hours and climb into a 3 ft basket unassisted; pregnant passengers cannot fly. Flights may be canceled due to weather or Temporary Flight Restrictions (TFR) in the area.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or change at least 72 hours before your assigned show-up time for a refund (processed within 10 business days). Within 72 hours, or late arrival/no-show, you forfeit all payments or full gift certificate face value. If Hunterdon cancels for safety reasons, it can be refunded except for gift certificates.

Ballooning is very weather sensitive and flights may be canceled due to conditions. Flights may also be canceled if a 30-mile Temporary Flight Restriction (TFR) is active in the area (noted as possible during the 2025–2029 flying seasons), which can be issued on short notice.
Yes. You must complete a required weather check before your scheduled flight. The timing depends on whether you booked a morning or afternoon flight.
You must weigh 275 lb or less per guest. Your group also has a total weight limit that depends on time of day and the balloon available: morning flights allow 575–800 lb total, and afternoon flights allow 550–700 lb total.
