Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID for the required in-person signature upon arrival. Each owner of a credit card used for an invoice payment also needs ID and an in-person signature. You must sign a payment-responsibility statement that includes reimbursement for credit card chargebacks.
• Signed liability waivers are required for everyone entering, including all minors under 18 and infants, whether or not they participate.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for all minors under 18. Every child under 18 attending counts toward the party's child total, regardless of participation.
• The following on-site charges are not included in the listed price: $30 for every 15 minutes past the scheduled party end time; $25 for prohibited party items or removing the facility's tablecloths; and $25 for smash-cake cleanup unless you take full responsibility for cleaning it yourself.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure the children you supervise follow them.
• Outside food is allowed, but outside drinks are limited to water and juice boxes.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint, or bubbles. Leave the facility's tablecloths in place; place any additional tablecloths over them. Use only painter's tape for wall decorations and only pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity, and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations may result in removal.
• Deluxe party food orders are required at least 48 hours in advance. Delivery times are estimates, and delivery is not considered late until the final hour of the party.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start and check in at the front desk. Early setup is unavailable; any setup uses your scheduled party time. Late arrival may reduce your party time.
• End the party and leave the celebration area promptly at your scheduled end time.
