Important details

• Bring a valid government-issued photo ID. An in-person signature is required on arrival for the payment-responsibility agreement, including responsibility for credit card chargebacks. Each person whose credit card is used for an on-site payment also needs ID and must sign.
• Signed liability waivers are required for every minor under 18, including infants and children who will not participate.
• Parent or guardian supervision is required for all minors under 18. All children under 18 count toward attendance, even if they do not play.
• Charges incurred on site are not included in the listed price: $30 for every 15 minutes past your scheduled end time, $25 for violating the prohibited-party-items rules, and $25 for smash-cake cleanup unless you handle that cleanup yourself.
• Any on-site invoice adjustments must be settled 30 minutes before your party ends.
• Wear socks to play. Review the safety rules and ensure your children follow them throughout the party.
• Do not bring confetti, glitter, Silly String, face paint or bubbles, or remove the facility's tablecloths. Place your own tablecloths over the existing ones, use only painter's tape for wall decorations, and bring only pull-string piñatas.
• Alcohol, drugs, profanity and inappropriate behavior are prohibited. Violations can result in removal from the facility.
• Arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled start and check in at the front desk to sign liability waivers. Early setup is unavailable; any setup must take place within your party slot. Late arrival may reduce your party time.
• End your party promptly at the scheduled end time.
