Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 14 days before your trip for a full deposit refund; under 14 days, you forfeit the deposit. Cancellations under 24 hours or no-shows may incur a charge of half the remaining balance. Bad-weather cancellations are typically rescheduled; if your availability or the operator's prevents rescheduling, your deposit is refunded. Boat malfunction cancellations receive a full deposit refund.
