Know before you go
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your scheduled departure for check-in and a safety briefing
- Complete a digital liability waiver before arrival; each person needs one to board
- Pregnancy over 3 months cannot participate
- Requires competent swimming and the physical ability to board, move around a moving boat, swim and snorkel
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; weather and sea conditions may change the itinerary or cancel the trip
- Do not bring or use illegal drugs on board; intoxication may restrict activities
- Expect no restroom on board
- Gratuity is not included; tips are optional and may be given directly to the captain

Cancellation Policy
Full refund when you cancel 30 days or more before the charter. Receive a 50% refund when you cancel 10 to 29 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 10 days before. Full refunds are provided for cancellations due to officially unsafe extreme weather, critical crew emergencies, or government mandates.
