- Follow captain and crew safety instructions; the captain may modify or cancel the route for weather, sea, or safety conditions

Full refund 30+ days before the charter; 50% refund 10–29 days before; no refund within 10 days. Full refunds apply when extreme weather makes the charter unsafe, for critical crew emergencies, or government mandates.
