- Arrive 15–20 minutes before departure for check-in and a safety briefing
- Complete a digital liability waiver before arrival; every participant needs one to board

- Competent swimming is required for participation
- Follow captain and crew safety instructions at all times
- Expect the captain to modify or cancel the itinerary when weather, sea or safety conditions require it
- Illegal drugs are not permitted on board
- Gratuity for the captain and crew is not included and is at your discretion
Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations 30 days or more before the charter. Receive a 50% refund when cancelling 10 to 29 days before. No refund for cancellations less than 10 days before. Full refunds apply when extreme weather, critical emergencies, or government mandates require cancellation.
