Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled start; check-in opens 45 minutes before and closes 10 minutes before departure
- Adults must sign a release of liability form; minors are exempt
- Ages 17 and under must be accompanied by an adult
- Ages 10–14 must share a kayak with an adult; ages 15–17 require an adult to participate in the excursion
- Weight limit: 250 lbs per person and 500 lbs combined for two people
- Not suitable for travelers who use wheelchairs, have mobility impairments, heart conditions, serious medical conditions, back problems, or are pregnant
- Participation is not permitted if you show signs of drug or alcohol intoxication
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity, no later than 9:00 AM the day before. Later cancellations, late arrivals, and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, reschedule for the next available date or receive a full refund.
