Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 120 hours before departure for a full refund; within 72 hours, 50% refund or credit; within 48 hours, no refund or credit. Weather or mechanical cancellations determined by the operator offer rescheduling or a full refund. Weather decisions are made on charter day; light rain or unfavorable forecasts alone do not qualify for cancellation.
