Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 120 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 72 hours, receive a 50% refund or credit; within 48 hours, no refund or credit. If the operator cancels for weather or mechanical issues, choose rescheduling or a full refund. Weather decisions are made on the day; light rain or unfavorable forecasts alone do not qualify for cancellation.
