Important details
- Child participants must be 13 or younger
- At least one adult must accompany the children
- A $50 cleaning fee applies if you leave snack mess behind; this charge is not included in the listed price
- If vomit or other sickness makes the hearse unusable, a $350 deep-cleaning fee applies. You'll also be responsible for the cost of tours canceled or refunded while the vehicle is out of service. These charges are not included in the listed price
- Bring drinks only in plastic containers of 16 oz or less
- Onboard cameras record audio and video. Boarding means you consent to recording; photos and video may also be used on social media
- Arrive for loading 15 minutes before your scheduled tour time. Tours depart without late arrivals
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final; no cancellations, refunds, or credits are permitted. Tours run rain or shine. If the operator cancels due to severe weather or safety concerns, you'll receive a full refund or the option to reschedule. Missed tours are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.
