Cancellation Policy
Full refund for cancellations made at least 48 hours before the activity. No refunds within 48 hours. Rescheduling or wind checks are available until the day before the activity; same-day rescheduling is not permitted. Late arrivals and no-shows are not rescheduled or refunded.
