    Things to know

    Participants under 18 must come with a guardian. Families with children under 10 may prefer a shorter tour. All guests sign a waiver and wear a life jacket throughout the trip.

    Cancellation policy

    Full refund for cancellations made at least 14 days before the activity. Cancellations 13 days to 48 hours prior receive 50% of the payment as a gift card. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours or for no-shows. The operator may cancel for unsafe conditions and will offer a reschedule or full refund.
