Cancellations 30+ days before the trip incur a $10 non-refundable processing fee. Cancellations within 30 days receive a 75% refund; within 5 days, a 25% refund. Day-of cancellations receive no refund. Alaska residents receive a full refund for cancellations 3 days before the trip.
