- Wear a life jacket at all times on board. Keep children with a supervising adult while the yacht is moving.
- Attend the safety briefing before departure and follow the crew's instructions.
- Swimming and smoking are not permitted. Excessive alcohol consumption is prohibited.
- Do not bring bananas, grapes, raisins, or red or orange food and drinks aboard.
- Leave your shoes in the dockside bin before boarding and go barefoot on board.
- The master bedroom is off-limits.
- Secure your belongings and put all trash in designated containers. Do not discard anything into the water.
- Follow the crew's instructions for marine toilets. Do not flush wipes or foreign objects; use the provided bin for toilet paper.
- Illegal substances, medical marijuana, and weapons are prohibited on board.
- Arrive 15–20 minutes before your booked start time.

Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non-refundable. Cancellations at least 48 hours before the scheduled start receive a full refund of the balance payment; cancellations within 48 hours receive no balance refund. Rescheduling requests require at least 48 hours' notice and are subject to availability. The captain and crew may cancel or delay trips due to weather or safety concerns.

No. A gratuity of 10–15% of the charter fee is customary, based on your satisfaction. Tips are given separately in cash to the captain at departure and shared evenly among the crew.
