Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before departure for a full deposit refund. With less notice, your deposit is nonrefundable but applies to an available date within one year of your original booking. No-shows forfeit the deposit. If the captain cancels for unsafe or poor conditions, you can reschedule for an available date or receive a full refund of your charter payment.
