- Bring a valid driver's license matching the booking name and the credit cardholder's name. Your ID is checked on arrival.
- Participation under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome with prior notice.
- Gratuity for the captain or crew is not included in the listed price.
- Sign a waiver before participating. A parent must complete waivers for children under 18.
- Children under 12 must wear life jackets.
- Place your shoes in the welcome basket when boarding, and follow the captain's safety instructions.
- No smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed. Use sunblock lotion only; spray sunblock is not permitted during the ride.
- No red liquids, including red wine, sangria or red juices, are allowed. Bring only cold snacks; cooked hot food is not permitted.
- Snorkeling and fishing are not offered on this charter.
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled departure and bring your reservation QR code. Arriving less than 30 minutes beforehand counts as late.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee; within 24 hours, this fee is waived if you reschedule. Tours operate in light rain. If the captain deems sea conditions unsafe, reschedule at no cost or receive a full refund.
