Cancellation Policy
Give 7 days' notice to cancel. With less notice, you can reschedule for a fee. Bookings made within 24 hours of departure are non-refundable. No-shows forfeit the fare. If the operator cancels, including for adverse weather or mechanical issues, you'll receive a full refund. Seasickness is not a refundable reason.
