Itinerary
9:15 AM | Birthday Family Arrives Come in, get settled and add any finishing touches to your party space. Need a little more setup time? Contact us at least 48 hours before your party and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
9:30 AM | Guests Arrive Friends and family check in, complete any remaining waivers and get ready for the fun to begin!
9:35 AM | The Wild Part Begins! Your group heads into the Wildlife Discovery Zone for a 50-minute private, hands-on experience with one of our Wildlife Educators. Meet incredible animals up close, learn about them, ask questions and enjoy plenty of memorable interactions along the way.
10:25 AM | Time to Celebrate Head to your reserved party area for food, cake, gifts and celebrating!
11:00 AM | Party Wraps Up Time to head home with some pretty great birthday memories!

Important details
- No previous animal experience is required. Accompany and supervise children throughout the event.
- A completed waiver is required for everyone entering the Wildlife Discovery Zone. You can complete it before the party or at the front counter.
- Follow your Wildlife Educator's guidance during all animal interactions. Specific animals, handling and feeding opportunities are not guaranteed; staff may change interactions based on animal health, behavior or comfort.
- Keep glitter, confetti, candles and other open flames out of your decorations. Do not attach decorations to walls, animal enclosures or exhibits.
- Keep food, drinks, gifts and decorations in the designated party area. Staff approval is required before bringing anything into animal areas.
- Plan for your own food handling: staff cannot prepare, serve, portion, heat, refrigerate or store food. Take leftover food with you or discard it before leaving.
- Check in at the front counter and wash or sanitize your hands before entering the Wildlife Discovery Zone.
- Arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your animal experience, and the party cannot extend beyond its scheduled end.
This booking is for the whole experience, which fits up to 25 guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 14+ days before for a refund minus 10%; 7–13 days before for a 50% refund; less than 7 days before, no refund. Add-ons already purchased, prepared or ordered are non-refundable. If the venue closes for severe weather, you may reschedule or receive credit. If it stays open, standard terms apply. If the operator cancels without a suitable rescheduling option, you'll receive a refund.
