Important details
- A valid driver's license is required for each driver. Bring it to check-in. Drivers must also meet the vehicle rental requirements.
- A separately rented utility terrain vehicle (UTV) for the same date and duration is required. Vehicle rental is not included in the listed price. Your guide does not drive your rental vehicle or transport passengers.
- Complete all required rental agreements and waivers, and watch the mandatory safety video before departure.
- Experiences are subject to weather and trail conditions.
- At least 24 hours' advance booking is required. All experiences must finish by 4:00 PM.
- Arrive together with all drivers and passengers at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start. The experience cannot begin until everyone completes check-in and safety procedures. Late arrival or incomplete check-in may reduce your riding time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your experience. Refunds are available only for operator cancellations or cancellations within 24 hours of booking, with a $40 deduction. Bookings made within 48 hours of the start are nonrefundable. You can reschedule at no cost to an available date in the same October–May season.

Wear comfortable, weather-appropriate clothing and closed-toe shoes. Bring sunglasses, sunscreen, and plenty of drinking water and snacks, especially for longer rides. A soft cooler bag is useful for drinks and snacks.
