Important details
- Ages 8+ only
- Bring a valid ID for each rider
- At check-in, present the credit card used for payment and matching government-issued photo ID. The cardholder's name must exactly match the booking contact's name.
- Wear long pants and closed-toe shoes
- Sign a waiver before riding
- Check in at 1:00 p.m.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in are nonrefundable. For groups of 6 or more riders, 48 hours' cancellation notice is required.
