- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals, Crocs, and open-heel shoes are not allowed

- Expect animal availability and behavior to vary; cuddles are encouraged but never forced
- Prepare for rain or shine unless staff determine conditions are unsafe
- Keep food, drinks, and personal belongings attended around curious animals
- Use bottle feeding only during designated time slots
- Note that this experience is not recommended for severe animal allergies
Cancellation Policy
Refundable up to 7 days before the event. No refunds within 7 days. Full refund if Pure Passions Farm cancels due to severe weather, minimum guest count not met, or unforeseen circumstances.
