- Bring a valid driver's license matching the booking name and the credit card holder's name. ID is checked on arrival.
- Participation while under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not allowed.
- Well-behaved pets are welcome with advance notice.
- Sign a waiver before participating. A parent must complete waivers for children under 18.
- Children under 12 must wear a life jacket.
- No smoking, vaping or drug use is allowed on board.
- No red liquids, cooking or hot food are allowed on board.
- Remove your shoes at boarding; bare feet or soft boat shoes only.
- Use sunblock lotion only; spray sunblock is not allowed during the ride.
- Follow the captain's safety instructions. Routes and stops may change with weather and sea conditions.

- Arrive 30 minutes before departure; charters leave on time.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee; within 24 hours, the fee is waived if you reschedule. Tours continue in light rain. If sea conditions are unsafe, you can reschedule at no charge or receive a full refund.
