- Complete required waivers before arrival
- Enter the pool gates only at your session start time
- Leave the water, dressing rooms, and pool gates by the end of your session
- Bring a companion; soaking alone is not permitted
- Use swim diapers for non-toilet-trained children; regular diapers are not permitted
- Keep food, alcohol, glass bottles, animals, and diving out of the pool area
- Stay off the basketball hoop
- Provide a lifeguard when 35 or more people swim together
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your session to receive a refund. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice are non-refundable.
