- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled session
- Ages 8+ only
- Sign a waiver before entering; adults sign their own, and a parent or legal guardian signs for minors
- Wear closed-toe shoes; sandals and Crocs are not permitted
- Wear a long-sleeve shirt, hoodie, or sweater
- Wear full-length, no-hole legwear that covers your ankles
Cancellation Policy
No refunds. You may change your date or time, subject to availability, if requested at least 1 hour before your booking. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late may forfeit the booking without a refund. Failing the dress code can also result in forfeiture without a refund.
