Important details
- Ages 6+ only; travelers under 16 must attend with an adult
- Barn Owl and Great Horned Owl encounter areas are not wheelchair accessible
- Wear closed-toe shoes. Shoes and clothing previously worn around farm animals or waterfowl are not allowed
- Rehab patient areas are off limits
- Do not eat on-site, including in the parking lot; small snacks are allowed during the tour
- Arrive no more than 10 minutes before the start time. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late are considered no-shows
- Park in the lower main lot, avoiding the 2 wildlife patient drop-off spaces. Check in at the information kiosk and wait for staff to escort you
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations less than 1 week before the tour are non-refundable. No-shows are non-refundable. You can transfer your tour tickets to a different day. If the operator cancels due to weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit.
