Important details
- Adult accompaniment is required for children.
- Complete a waiver for everyone in your party; a parent or guardian must complete it for children.
- The experience includes feeding animals frozen, thawed prey, which may include mice, rats and rabbits.
- Live animals can be unpredictable. Bites, scratches and allergic reactions are possible, and you hold animals at your own risk.
- Follow your guide's safety instructions. Leave enclosure doors to staff, and do not pet animals on the head or face.
- Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer after touching animals. Wash your hands before eating.
- Check in at the front desk a few minutes before your scheduled start.

Full refund for cancellations at least two weeks before the tour or for acts of God. 75% refund one week before the tour. 50% refund less than one week before the tour.
