- Ages 3+ only
- Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult
- Do not open animal enclosures or pet animals on the head or face
- Wash your hands after petting animals and before eating
- Live animals can be unpredictable; bites, scratches and allergic reactions are possible, and animal handling is at your own risk

Full refund up to two weeks prior or for acts of God. 75% refund one week prior. 50% refund less than one week.

Wear whatever feels comfortable. The facility stays around 75–80°F year-round. Bring a camera; photos and videos are welcome.
Ages 3+ are included in the tour. Children ages 0–2 do not count toward the 10-person allotment. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
