• Arrival at our location.
• Waiver check to make sure all persons in the party have one on file.
• Short safety talk before we begin.
• Guided tour with your big experience incorporated as part of it.
• Time to take a few photos and ask your questions throughout the tour.
• Spend some time in the gift shop to select some fun souvenirs to remember your adventure with Scales & Tails Utah!

Important details

• All ages are welcome. Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
• Complete a waiver for everyone in your party; a parent or guardian must complete it for children.
• The experience includes feeding animals frozen, thawed prey, which may include mice, rats or rabbits. No live prey is used.
• Live animals can behave unpredictably. Bites, scratches and allergic reactions are possible, and you handle animals at your own risk.
• Leave enclosure opening to your guide, and do not pet animals on the head or face.
• Wash your hands with soap and water or use hand sanitizer after touching animals. Wash your hands before eating.
• Check in at the front desk a few minutes before your scheduled time.
