Cancellations within 72 hours of departure and no-shows are non-refundable. Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a refund less a 10% processing fee. If unsafe conditions prevent sailing, every effort will be made to reschedule during your stay, apply prepaid funds as credit during your stay, or issue a full refund if neither is possible.
