- Alcohol consumption is limited to ages 21 and over
- Advance notice before departure is required for children in your party or special safety equipment needs
- Sign a waiver for everyone on board before departure
- Do not bring illegal drugs or controlled substances not prescribed to you
- The captain and crew may limit alcohol consumption. Excessive intoxication, disruptive behavior, or unsafe conduct may result in refused service or an early end to the charter

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 6 days before start for a full refund, or 2–5 days before for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 2 days and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the operator cancels for weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Less-than-ideal weather is not grounds for cancellation.
