Important details
- Ages 2+ only
- Requires physically boarding and leaving the boat at the dock and using a ladder to enter and exit the water
- Sign the liability waiver before your trip. Every passenger must be included, with a parent or guardian's signature for each minor.
- Arrive sober and follow safety instructions. The captain may cancel the trip for intoxication or unsafe behavior.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled start time. Late arrival does not extend the trip.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before departure for a full refund or credit. Within 24 hours, cancellations are non-refundable; rescheduling is at the captain’s discretion, subject to availability. If rescheduling isn't possible, you receive future-trip credit. If the captain cancels for unsafe weather, you receive a full refund or credit. No partial refunds for trips shortened or adjusted after departure.
