- Arrive by 8:30 AM for the 9:00 AM morning departure or 1:30 PM for the 2:00 PM afternoon departure
- Ages 5+ only; travelers 17 and younger must join with an adult
- Complete the waiver before boarding and bring the valid ID used for it
- Participation is not available during pregnancy or with recent surgery, neck, back, arm, or leg conditions, epilepsy, heart conditions, or dizziness
- Do not join under the influence of alcohol or drugs
- Expect an open-water ride on a 27-foot boat that can be choppy or bumpy
- Leave glass containers, coolers, and spray sunscreen behind
- Pets are limited to two and need life jackets

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your tour for a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours, late arrivals, no-shows, and reservations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. Changes made at least 48 hours ahead may be rescheduled for a $15 per-person fee, subject to availability. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
