Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 5 days before departure for a full refund. Cancel 2–5 days before departure and the 20% deposit is forfeited. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other safety conditions, choose to reschedule or receive a full refund.

Yes. Complimentary pickup and drop-off are available whenever possible if you do not have transportation. Direct boat pickup may be possible from beachfront accommodations with boat access; travelers with rental cars receive a meeting point.
Bring a towel, swimsuit, reef-safe sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. A waterproof phone case is optional. Shoes are not allowed onboard.
