Cancellation Policy
Tours run regardless of weather unless the operator cancels. Operator cancellations, including for weather, receive rescheduling or full credit valid for 2 years from booking, not refunds. Reschedule at least 10 days ahead for deposit credit valid for 2 years from booking. Cancellations within 10 days and no-shows receive no credit. Late arrivals receive no refund.

No. Gratuity is optional and separate from the listed price. Tips are shared equally between guides and operators; 18–20% is considered generous. Cash is preferred.
